Limiting the number of labels

Hello,

I'm trying to know if it's possible to timit the number of labels in order to guide users using the same labels (no more problems with users changing one letter or using _ instead of - etc.).

No, it's not. One of the main points of using labels is that they're pretty much unrestricted.
