Hello,

is it possible to link a certain JIRA project to a Confluence on one server and to link another JIRA project to another Confluence (e.g. on another server), but at least another instance?

HI @Carl-Marcus Scheffler

You can link any numbers of confluence server to jira server but it should be a different access/base URL.

You can find the below KB for the same.

https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/linking-to-another-application-360677690.html.

They have not mentioned like we can integrate two confluence servers with single jira but using different application link we can integrate.
