What do you mean by "access"?

MELISSA Ryan October 18, 2018

Currently, when the DBA's and Developers do analysis of the SQL code they generate a zip file using a tool called IBM Data Studio.  This file provides a lot of info for the DBAs to analyze.  When the file is shared between teams the DBAs would like to store it and collaborate using Confluence.   So when we click on the link to the zip file it must open the file using the IBM Data Studio tool in order to view the contents.  Can Confluence open a zip file using IBM Data Studio?

That's up to your browser, not Confluence.  You'll need to configure it to automatically unzip, check what's in it, and then run up the IBM Data Studio if appropriate.
