Loggin in confluence

I did an update of Jira and Confluence version, after which I can not log in to Confluence with a local user, maybe you can help me and tell me what could be the reason for this

For information
I updated the Jira version from 8.3.4 to 8.13
Confluence from 7.1 to 7.13

Hi @keti burjanadze 

Do you have the Confluence User directory integrated with Other Identity Provider or Jira?

Enable the recovery admin mode and then check the configuration.

Make sure Jira is properly working!!

Or try the recovery_admin method and check the configuration
