Hi team,

I am building a doc within Confluence but have an issue related to the information I select. After saving my job and trying to select (dropdown example) my user as a test, when I change from the page to another page/close the tab/browser and open again the page, the information selected disappear. I noticed that the forms macros doesn't work for this 'cause it's a one time info request only, but not to keep changes. Does anyone have an idea what macros or options I can use here?

Thanks in advance

Hi @Mario Vasquez ,

Can you maybe share more info on what you're currently using for 'dropdowns' in Confluence? From what I've gathered, somewhere within the page, there's an option to select a user from a list of user accounts.

Also, regarding 'forms macro' - can you maybe share or screenshots of what you are referring to?

Some general questions:

  1. Are these dropdowns only for selecting users or some other values as well?
  2. Are you using cloud or Data Center (if the latter, which version)?
  3. Are values being selected in the editor mode, or just while viewing the page?

These are just a few questions to help clarify what macro we're talking about here.

Cheers,
Tobi
