Manual backup fail

Dear all,

we are not able to download the manual backup. 
In the Confluence admin section, I can run the backup creation process and in the next step I see the message "backup successful", but on the local drive (Atlassian home), there is no "backup" folder.

What do I need to do, that I can download the backup XML file to my PC?

Hi @info_hemmelrath-technologies_de 

I see you host your own Conlfuence on-prem.

Check the logs on the server the Confluence is running and ask your sys-admins where the file is or why you can't download it.
