Hi,
I open a recently created page and Isaw an empty space instead of images.
Images are still attached to the page but I don't kbnow what happened.
I am the only one to can edit the page.
It happened before but I did not pay attention. Now it is second time and I am getting worried.
I have also checked previous version of the page and the images are missing on it as well.
Like I have never attached the images.
Any toughts, ideas will be highly appreciate it.
I am also creating a support ticket. Here, I am looking for similar experience and short term solution.
Cheers,
Selcuk
Hi Colin,
Thanks for your help. I created the page on our staging server and copied and pasted in production later on. So the image attachment link became web links.
I fixed them manually and I'll be more careful next time.
I don't understand why the links stopped working suddenly (I believe the weblinks as well should work without an issue) as the page on staging server and its attachment still exist.
Thanks for your help.
Selcuk
First thing I'd look at is logs. Install the Support Tool Plugin and check out the log scanner. See if it comes up with anything obvious looking. Support will ask for logs anyway so might as well get a jump on it.

By default images will be stored as attachments on the filesystem. Maybe there are some permission related issues or something outside Confluence that is wiping them out? Logs may help show exceptions
