Need to resynchronize accounts with Crowd

I have just migrated a complete Jira/Confluence/Crowd installation to a new server.

Right now all 2600+ user accounts are 'Unsynced from Directory'. I think I have configured everything correctly. The 'test connection' worked and it says it synchronized, but no users have appeared in Crowd.

What else do I need to do to get them back into Crowd?
