Need your help on "After the Upgrade" Procedure from version 6.7.2 6.15.3

Hi,

The "After the Upgrade" procedure is not clear on what specific files are needed to be restored (source and destination folders) to keep everything working. We are currently running version 6.7.2 and would like to update to the safe version 6.15.3.

We did the first upgrade on the replica of our original Confluence VM, first upgrade attempt was successful but ran in to mess restoring the settings.

We have deleted the first VM replica and retried the upgrade but this time we encountered the following errors:

- com.install4j.runtime.beans.actions.files.Create.ZipFileAction failed

- Error while attempting to remove the previous installation directory. Some files my be in use. Please close all related programs and try again

- C:\Program Files\Atlassian\Confluence\jre\bin\awt.dll - The file already exists

- C:\Program Files\Atlassian\Confluence\jre\lib\charset.jar Could not create this file
