Not able to edit Pages in Confluence

We are getting bellow error white trying to edit Pages. We are not using any reverse Proxy.

Getting below error in Browser (Developer tool) console window:

The connection to wss://xxx.xxx.com/synchrony-proxy/v1/bayeux-sync1 was interrupted while the page was loading. batch.js:1704:267
Synchrony: Warning: reconnect (Transport.handshakeOverXhr: ws connection failed, and cross-origin-long-polling is disabled)

We had some problems with the synchrony service in some customers. Disabling synchrony maybe allows you to identify the problem

Hi @[deleted] , 

Disabling Collaborative Editing allow us  to edit the Page, but after re-enabling it we faced the issue again.  We are facing this issue after upgrading our Confluence v6.5.2 to v6.13.8.

We are also facing same issue, Any resolution or workaround for this issue.
Recently we have upgraded from 6.9 to 7.1.
