Number of Confluence licenses vs Ad Hoc Workflows

At the present time we've got Confluence license for 500 users with Team Calendar option and Ad Hoc Workflows for 500 users.

We're going to upgrade Confluence + Team Calendar to 2000 users. What will happen with Ad Hoc Workflows licensce (500 users).

Is it ok to use Ad Hoc Workflows only for 500 users when Confluence will use 2000 users?
