Old files available in attachment macro

On the same page create a new attachment macro, it displays the old files even when "Include old attachment versions" is unchecked.

If you have 2 attachment macros and even though you have checked the option, “show include old attachment”  in one of them, then the respective attachment macro should display the latest version only. Can you please share the screenshot of the page ?
