I'd like to inquire about the supportability of the "Outdated for Confluence" plugin for the Server and Datacenter edition.
The "create support request" link in atlassian is "broken" and not sure how else to contact them. (
Encountered a "403 - Forbidden"
error while loading this page.
)
There does not seem to be a "Datacenter Edition" at the moment.
Per the Marketplace listing that app is supported only for Confluence Server, not Confluence Data Center, and is compatible for up to version 7.20.3.

That app is provided by a third party vendor, so if you are having problems with it you will need to contact that vendor.
I did a google search for the vendor and found their web site. Under their Product menu they have an Atlassian Apps page. There is a contact name, telephone number, and email address on that page. I suggest you contact them via that information.
That app has never been released for Data Center, and it is fairly outdated (pun intended) for Confluence Server versions, as well. Because DC compatibility requires major efforts from the app vendor, and Server reaches EOS in February 2024, there is little chance that it will change, but you should definitely contact them directly.
Also, you may want to check the Better Content Archiving app that provides similar functionality and a lot more. It is available for all Confluence Server and Data Center versions (plus for the Cloud!), see the list here.
(Discl. it is a paid and supported app developed by our team.)
