PDF Export : demote page headings based on the position of the page in the page tree.

In Confluence 6.12 and earlier, headings were demoted based on the position of the page in the page tree. Now headings are a consistent size on every page. 

I was using the function above until 6.12. Does anyone know how to demote page headings based on the position of the page in the page tree? Thank you.
