Picture in article cant be shown in full page

Hi Team,

 

Can you please advise why when I view the article via JIRA helpdesk and I clicked on the picture in the article, the picture cant be shown in full page?Screenshot_1.png

Currently, it's not possible to expand an image on the customer portal. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
