Plugin update errors

Hello.

We use Confluence Server 7.17.1.

Today I faced an error with plugin update(

The problem description:

1. I click Update against the plugin within the Manage Apps category
2. The "Downloading... Installing..." loader spins for a long time
3. After that, an error appears on the top of the screen "an unexpected error occurred, please check logs"
4. I'm navigating to the Find New Apps category
5. And this loader appears again( without any actions from my side(
   this problem is constant

What is the problem cause? How can I fix the plugin update?

Have you tried to see in the log what's the result of doing this ? 

If I face this I would take some minutes to restart Confluence and then try to to again this by looking at the log.

We reboot the instance, then the update job has been killed and the problem has gone away.

Please could you provide us more information aboult log tracked on atlassian-confluece.log ?
