Hello,
We are using word document template to document down system technical details for request enhancement. May I know if Confluence can be customized to store such technical details like data dictionary and system logic flow...etc ?
If yes, would you share me any online information on how to do this ?
Thanks,
Raymond
Hello Raymond,
Thank you for contacting us. Are you just looking to store Word Documents, or are you asking if you can create a template in Confluence like in Word?
You can create a page template to log the information you require. If you want to use your Word documents, you can upload them to a page as an attachment, or import the Word file as a page in Confluence.
Let me know if you have any questions about that.
Regards,
Shannon

Raymond,
You can certainly create a template like I suggested to store any data you need within Confluence. Have you had a look at the documentation for that?
Many of our customers are using Confluence to store various information, you just need to create a template that works for you. Can you tell me if there's something in particular you're having trouble doing?

Shannon
