Post-Mortems created after 2023-06-26 don't have the retrospective label. The "postmortem page template" has the label but its not being copied to the new doc.

The impact of this is that the "Recent Post-Mortems" list isn't accurate. What can be done about this?

@116_Tarushi Bhandari how are you creating the new pages?  Are they using the template?

Hi @Brant Schroeder , Yes they are using the postmortem template with some changes to it.
I'm not creating the confluence pages manually. I'm triggering a workflow through Rootly and using http client for adding "retrospective" label since the label wasn't automatically being picked up by the template on confluence for some reason unknown.
