Prepare Users for Cloud Migration

I just setup a Confluence Cloud site (trial, Premium) and I am using the cloud migration assistant to help me prepare to migrate.  I have only 4 active users including the administrator account.  

I am at the assess and prepare users step.  I have been waiting for results for several minutes but nothing is displayed.  How long does this take?  Minutes? Hours?

Will I be able to migrate from server to cloud even if the cloud site already has some of the same users (same email addresses) as my current server site?  What if their are conflicts?

Hello @GM! If  the users from your server instance already exist in Cloud there's no need to worry, JCMA will merge the data from those users in server into the Cloud (Atlassian ID) users.

Regarding the User assess and prep stages, that is sttrange. It shouldn't take that long. Try montoring the Confluence logs to understand if there's any activity after some minutes, or if the process is stalling.
