Problems with comments after upgrading confluence

I updated today conflunce from version 5.x to the latest 6.14.1. Now the made comments are not shown in firefox. In Chrome they where only shown at the part of the page where they are refernced to. Before the update they where also shown unter the articel.

The problem only exists, when the comment is reffered to a part of the article.

Are you referring specifically to inline comments? I am not sure what you mean by comments that refer to part of an article other than this feature.

Could you let me know step-by-step what you did to upgrade from 5.x to 6.14.1 as well, so I can understand where it might have gone wrong?
