Admin user not seeing space permissions general of another space

Hello,

   I am atlassian ORG_ADMIN and have user, Product Admin roles in confluence.

   I can see the space permissions general of my own space, but I am not able to see the space permissions general of other's space.

   Is there a way to have admin account/privileges to see all space permissions of other users?

   Please let me know.

I think, you only have space admin rights, so you only can see your permission on your space. 

To see all permissions, you need global administraton permission. You can not grant these permissions to yourself. Is there any other administrator you could ask?

    I have site-admin (confluence admin) privileges.

    I am not sure why I can't see other users space permissions general?

So then you should be able to go to the confluence Global Permission site described here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/global-permissions-overview-138709.html 

- Can you check that? 

If yes, please check which group has permission for "Confluence Administrator" and then check if your user is in this group.

    Even though I can't able to view others space permissions.

As a site/org admin you should be able to recover space permissions:

Unable to access space as a site-admin- error: you don’t have access to this space
