×After Upgrade of Confluence Version from 4.2.3 to 5.4.4. manually the images attached to particular page of particular space is not visible .
Before upgrade

As shown in above screen the images are attached to the page .
After Upgrade :

As shown in the above screen the attached image is not available .
When clicked on that image get following error :

Note : Attachment Storage Location is Confluence configured database (MS SQL)
I checked using <confluence-home>/admin/findspaceattchments.jsp , it is showing the path of <confluence-home>/attachment/... but if i check the attachment folder it is found to be empty??

If you have a backup of your database prior the upgrade, yes (would involve some database sorcery as described in the guide eduardo provided), if you don't have that then nope as those lines containing the information might be corrupted or lost during the upgrade process (sorry for delivering the bad news).
What I would advise you is to migrate the attachments to file system instead using the database storage that was decommissioned by atlassian.

Can you please try the first solution to see if that helps, and if it doesn't, try the second one?
