Recently users have stopped getting email notifications from a shared calendar when other users add entries. The calendar is in a shared space and users are shown as watching the calendar.
Can amyone suggest how these notifications can be restarted

Are you running Confluence Cloud? There is currently a known bug where Team Calendars is not sending emails to users in Confluence Cloud:
It sounds like you’re affected by this bug. Please let me know if you’re running Confluence Server instead. :)

At this time, it doesn't look like they've rolled out a fix. I suggest watching the CONFCLOUD-61315 bug ticket to stay up to date on the progress of the bug fix. Any changes in the status will be published directly to the bug ticket.
Since you're on Cloud, the bug fix will be pushed directly to your instance. :)

I have this same issue, we are running Confluence Server.
I have no permission to open bug ticket CONFCLOUD-61315 ,
Please could you share what is the resolution, or status?
