Are there any apps that provide searchable photo galleries?

I'd like to set up a Confluence-based photo gallery page in Confluence Data Center.  For each photo, I plan to include the photographer's name, the location where the photo was captured, and a brief description.  

The kicker is, I'd like users to be able to search for photos on the page/gallery based on this information.  E.g., if a user is interested in photos of a specific community's location, they can search for that.  

Are there any photo gallery apps that provide this functionality?  I've been combing the app store but haven't found anything promising.  Thank you!
