Can anyone recommend an Australian based hosting company/companies for Confluence?

Hi, we're AU based and offer JIRA and Confluence hosting. By default our hosting offerings are with servers in the USA. However, we do optionally provide AU hosting. Will require a dedicated server minimum though.

Thanks for the link, had a look at the companies and none offer hosting, so will keep looking. (Service Rocket can only offer on demand, which is not what we are after, nor its it hosted in .au)

Fyi for anyone interested I have found two .au companies, Conexim and The Summit Group.
