We have a custom header we want to put across all pages within a space. I know we need page names for the urls, but is there a way to block it from displaying on the page? It looks odd for the header to come after that information.
OnDemand or hosted? You're best bet if you're using hosted Confluence is to modify the space's Layout decorators and as necessary. More info here:

I'm still trying to figure this out on Confluence cloud... there must be a way of hiding this for public spaces especially.... And can it be hidden on a specific space and left on the others?
