×Can I setup multiple hostname for single instance?
Hi Jerry,
As Pramodh says, it is not possible to have multiple hostnames for a single instance.
I noticed you tagged this request with Confluence Server, in which case the linked Atlassian ticket is not relevant as it is for Cloud and relates to custom domain names.
For server you can only have 1 hostname per Confluence instance. You can technically setup multiple hostnames but gadgets and a lot of content will break as everything is related to the base URL.
The answers here have more detail on why it doesn't work.
Hi Jerry,
As of now, we cannot have multiple hostnames for a single instance.
But Atlassian has an update in this ticket https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CLOUD-6999
Thanks,
Pramodh

That's not about multiple host names, that is about allowing Cloud systems to be run on urls that are not <something>.atlassian.net so people can use their own domains.

I guess by the tag @Jerry Liu has created, we cannot have multiple base URLs for a single instance as of now since gadgets and a lot of content will break as everything is related to the base URL.
For Cloud, yes as it's in progress for using URL other than <something>.atlassian.net
Thanks,
Pramodh
