Can i auto-generate a confluence page with a macro (e.g. expansion) using REST API?

I want to generate a confluence page with a macro. I can do that easily with standard page. But can I include confluence macro on that page? Thanks.

Have a look at Page Templates as you can create templates with macros and when creating your page, confirm if you can parse a template as one of the parameters.
