We have following service rocket plugins in our confluence and all are enabled -
Confluence version - 5.9.4
The question is -
We request a confirmation from support before we make changes in production environment.

It is safe to remove all RB Libraries. However, I'd suggest you to update your Scaffolding to 8.3.0 which is the last compatible version for your Confluence. Because the current version you are using still needs RB Storage Parameters and RB Supplier Confluence.
As for the following plugins:
You don't need them either, uninstall them and let us know how it goes.

So, as per this page we can't remove RB plugins as we are using Scaffolding 7.5.0
Also, this page does not say anything about the following -

I also checked if Scaffolding still has dependencies. Therefor I uninstalled all Plugins in our Test stage and the installed Scaffolding 8.20.2. This resulted in automatically getting "ServiceRocket Utility Library" in version 2.5.1 installed.
So it seems Scaffolding still depends on one plugin and installs it automatically.
