According to the FAQ, you are not able to change the email address of your Atlassian ID - https://id.atlassian.com/about/faq#cat3q7

No, it is not possible to change your Atlassian ID email address.

Hi!
Now that the various accounts (Confluence, My Atlassian, Support, Documentation, Answers, etc) have been merged, I cannot find the option to change email address in any of the various connected sites.
If it makes sense NOT to have it on Atlassian ID, for other sites it should be present...
