Checkboxes unchecked when editing page

Whenever a page is edited, any checkboxes that were checked by other people checking them without edit mode disappear.

Steps to reproduce:

1. (User A) Create a page with multiple checkboxes

2. (User B) Check one or more checkboxes on that page without going into edit mode but directly checking them on the page.

3. (User A) Edit the page and save it.

4. Observe that the checkboxes checked by user B are gone again.

Seems to be the same issue as https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Confluence-losing-the-status-of-checkboxes/qaq-p/1285811 but with a repo, So I decided to create a new issue.

Happens to me all the time. Ever since we started using Cloud it happens randomly.

I saw a suggestion somewhere to disable collaborative editing, but that doesn't seem to be allowed in Cloud.
