Chrome 27. Confluence 5.1.3 Add Comments Editor does not load

Hey,

We just upgraded to Confluence 5.1.3 Download.

All went smoothly except one issue. Add Comments Editor in Confluence did not work for me for all browsers I use: IE9, FF21, Chrome 27 on Win7. I reinstalled Java (now I have Java SE 7 Update 21) and restarted my PC. Now it works on all browsers except Chrome. My Chrome version is 27.0.1453.94 m. The RTE starts to load but never finishes. It is weird but for another team member, it works ok with the same browser version and OS.

I restarted the browser few times with no luck. Tried incognito mode, deleted the cache - no luck again.

Any suggestions?

Simple Confluence restart seems to have helped.

Hey Ivaylo!

Have you tried the following:

• Enable safe mode to see if any third-party add-ons are affecting this issue
• Clear plugin cache
• Clear customization

If none of the above helps, you may want to create a support ticket at support.atlassian.com
