×Hello,
When I use the Confluence 'JIRA Issue Macro', certain fields that were clickable in the original JIRA filter are no longer links, just text.
For example, any URL Custom Field with a link in it, Assignee, Reporter, or any hyperlink typed into a Description field, are all clickable in a JIRA filter, but then using that filter in a JIRA Issue Macro displays it on the confluence page as text.
I'm using Confluence v5.5
Does anyone know how to work around this?
Hi Luiz,
I will have to work with my IT team to do a full confluence shutdown and clear out of the cache.
We didn't update any base URLs... but just to be clear, no links are broken, it's simply that some fields come through as plain text instead of a hyperlink.
For example,
If I create a JIRA filter containing IssueType, Summary, Assignee, Sub-Tasks, and CustomURLField1....
In Jira, all 5 fields would be hyperlinks.
In a confluence 'JIRA Issue Macro', only IssueType and Summary would be hyperlinks, and the rest would be plain text
Thank you!
-Anthony
Hi Anthony,
It's possible that we have a issue with the plugin. I suggest you clear the plugins cache as per this article: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONFKB/How+to+clear+Confluence+plugins+cache
Also, just in case, did you update the JIRA or Confluence base URL's? That might cause broken links with external gadgets, that can be fixed following the resolution from this article as well: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONFKB/How+to+Change+URLs+of+External+Gadgets

LM
