Hi Ruwan,

  • the only time a single button is able to shown is when using submit parameter for the initial state. Each time an approval is used, the plugin is designed to show both Accept and Reject buttons.
  • You've been added to the feature request to able to alter the label on the buttons. Right now the button labels can not be changed.  This feature in not currently scheduled so I can't make any promises about when or if it might be added.

Thanks
Miguel

You can now change the labels

https://wiki.comalatech.com/display/CWL/Customise+Approval+Buttons

In case they move the doc

To change the button captions, use the
approvelabel and rejectlabel parameters on the {approval} macro as shown below:

{workflow:name=Customise Approval Buttons}
   {state:Review|approved=Review|rejected=Review}
      {approval:Custom Captions|approvelabel=Yes|rejectlabel=No}
   {state}
{workflow}

Thanks Miguel,

I will contact you or Ibrar in any case with workflow. We are newly bought your plugin and we try to get use with it. We are trying to implement different workflows for documents in our company. I think you will assist us in future.

Thanks and Best Regards,

Ruwan.
