I'm not able to view the list of new topics.
If i do content indexing then im able to see all the new topics that has been created by us.
So everytime it is not possible to do content indexing. Can you please suggest us how to synchronize the new topics in the List.

When doing so, please provide the add-on version & Confluence version , as well as any screenshots that help illustrate this issue. Additionally, if you could provide the steps to reproduce this error it would be helpful.

We do not expect topics to take 3-5 minutes for a new topic to appear in the forum, this suggests an underlying issue, although very large forums may often have a longer delay in the time for a topic to appear in the forum.
It usually takes about 3-5 min for new topics to show. Can you wait for 5 min and see if the new topics appear?

No pilar, it is not viewing. Almost 10 days back we created even though we are not able to see in the list.
