×Hello,
I was trying to install Confluence to test it. Jira is already installed and run actually on http://localhost:8080
When linking Confluence to Jira while the installation process, I got a first problem that was related to https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-27339 and resolved by removing Application Link but there is another problem on the next page where I'm stucked.
The page content shows up contains :
Load users and groups from JIRA
Synchronisation started.
Time Elapsed: Less than a second.Local administrator account created.
We have created a local administrator with the same username and password as the JIRA system administrator you provided. This will ensure that you can always log into Confluence to update the system configuration.
and the button "Next>>" can't be clicked.
This bug looks like related to https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-23008
I tried refresh the page, reloading http://localhost:8090 , or re-install Confluence with or without DB re-init, or as explained in the CONF-23008 comments with no luck.
So Need help about this currently.
Thanks.
Hello There,
Just to confirm with you, did you try the workaround suggested in the following comment:
This can be an option since you're performing a new install, to connect to your Jira after the Confluence install process, the results will be the same in terms of connection to Jira. I hope this helps.
Best Regards,
LJ.
