Confluence System Macros not working after upgrade to 6.14.3

Hi All,

We have recently upgraded to Confluence 6.14.3 and macros such as Children Display, Status, Table of Contents, Roadmap Planner, etc do not load and new macros cannot be inserted.

We have tried enabling the html module as seen here but it did not make a difference.

When trying to insert a new macro to a page, nothing happens once you click on Insert. However, the preview of the macro works before you click Insert.

Is there another setting that needs to be looked at?

This issue is now resolved.

When trying to use a macro, this error message was produced:

Cause
java.lang.NullPointerException at sun.awt.FontConfiguration.getVersion(FontConfiguration.java:1264)

Solution:

It is trying to use a library of fonts

• Additional font packages were installed
• Restart Confluence

No error messages at all.
