Confluence UPM Upgrade Cuasing Issues (Can't navigate to Add-On Page)

This morning I was prompted to upgrade my Confluence UPM to 2.21 in the Manage Add On screen. After doing so I am now unable to access the Manage Add On Screen as it gives me a Page Not Found error. It is also causing my Confluence Team Calendars not to work as well. Is there a way to correct this or revert back to the previous version of UPM?

Hi Bryan,

We received a similar report (for JIRA) yesterday: UPM-5442. I realized that I didn't set the correct application compatibilities for the UPM 2.21 release. If you are running a Confluence Server version earlier than 5.5, you will need to downgrade to UPM 2.20.7. I apologize for the inconvenience my mistake causes you.

Hi Bryan,

Please file a support request so that we can investigate further. In particular it would be great if you could include your Confluence version number and your application logs on the support request.

While we investigate, have you tried restarting your Confluence instance? I suspect that that will resolve the issue. Additionally, you can find our more information here on how to downgrade to earlier versions.

Thanks!
