Confluence keeps crashing when trying to open pptx file inside a page

I am running confluence server Version7.12.2 on my ubuntu 18.04 machine.

Below is some additional information regarding the system.

Everything runs ok except handling pptx files within the page.

I normally put my pptx file into the page by drag and drop method.

And whenever I open the pptx file, confluence stops working and need to restart by

$ sudo /etc/init.d/confluence1 restart -fg

I disabled Office Connector plugin Version:11.4.6 which was automatically installed.

Any solution to solve this issue?

It's possible that you're hitting this bug: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-61143

Could you check if you see any of the listed symptoms in your logs?
