Confluence page edits attributed to "Anonymous" on OD to DL migration

I am migrating OD Confluence to DL Confluence (5.4-OD-5-x64). I did a complete backup and restore - which works, on the whole. One thing wrong is numerous pages in different spaces attribute page edits to "Anonymous". In some cases, the page history also shows "Anonymous" and in other cases the page history shows the correct name (but the page will say "Created by Anonymous). The page & page history in our OD instance shows correctly. Any ideas or similar experiences?

It seems this is an Atlassian bug that's fixed or to be fixed: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-31021
