Copy the People Directory display template

I'd like to use the page set up of the People Directory on another page so when I insert the Enhanced Profile macro, the people display is in a dynamic grid that changes when the window is resized. How can I create a new page using the format/template of the People Directory page?

Is there a way to change the default size of each Enhanced Profile so they're smaller?

thank you for your question.

When I understand you correctly you want to display profile cards on a Confluence page like it is displayed in the People Directory. This is possible when you use the Profile List macro with the style set to "Profile Cards".

For the size of the profile cards you can use the "minimal" mode in the Profile List macro. If this is not what you are looking for we would be happy to hear more about the background behind this need.

Thanks, I think this is what I need, but I'm still having trouble. For the Profile List macro, I've listed the Criteria as a TO z, elements per page as 25, style as profile cards, and display mode as minimal. Under Preview, it says no user matches the criteria. What am I missing?

The criteria a TO z have to be enclosed in square brackets "[" and "]" So that it looks like this:

[a TO z]

Welcome to the Community!!

Editing the VM template can do the trick here which is not recommended.

Adding just the User Macro, you will need to add the usernames manually as new users are joined.

I would suggest going with any add-ons that are available in the marketplace

Thanks for responding. This plugin by Communardo Products is the one we're using. I want to create another Confluence page and insert a subset of the Enhanced Profiles. I want to know how to set up the page so the profiles I've selected display as they do on the People Directory page. When I insert the Enhanced Profiles macros now, they make a single line down the page. If I put them in a table, when I delete someone, there's a hole in the table. I want the profiles to automatically reorganize themselves as they do on the People Directory page. Do you know how I can set up the new page to make the Enhanced Profiles display this way? Also, do you know if there's a way to make the individual profiles smaller?

For the first issue, If I'm understanding this correctly, I cannot change the size of the Enhanced User profile display.

For the second issue, I'm not asking for help deleting user profiles; I'm asking for help with the page template that displays the user profiles--not on the People Directory page, but on a new page I create. In our old wiki, I could type <gallery mode=traditional widths=135px heights=180px> and the page would display all the users in a dynamic grid that automatically resized itself. Can I set up a page in Confluence that can do something close to that?
