Hi.

Is it possible to disable labels in Confluence or make them only available for Confluence administrators?

1. Yes - you can disable the plugin modules that provide the labels functions.

2. No, you can't limit them by groups

Don't you know where I can find a list of the right plugins to disable? I already disabled several in my instance, but I can still add labels when editing or viewing a page...
