Document Report Issue

Hi,

We`re facing a problem with our document report.

It`s not showing the current status, the first entry you see is published, but it shows "in progress", or it shows no status at all (grey circle).

Any ideas?

For this issue, we recommend performing a reindex of the confluence instance and then running a space population of the properties to update the data.
Please try running this population job on your site:

Please run the workflow properties population job; you have to access a specific URL to do it:

• If you want it to apply only for one space, please access the following URL specifying the space key where you want to populate the properties and the hostname of your Confluence instance. Accessing that URL will show you a dialog; press the "Populate" button, and an LRT will start.

1.  <HOSTNAME>/spaces/viewDataExtractor.action?key={spaceKey}

• If you want to repopulate the properties for the whole Confluence instance, please run this URL:

1.  <HOSTNAME>/admin/plugins/approvalsworkflow/workflowsPopulateJsonProperties.action

A form will be displayed. When confirmed, the task will start.

Be aware that a user with an administrator role must invoke these tasks.

You will need to click on populate. This is a long-running task that may take some time and you will also need to be an admin.

The Global Level Population is based on the index to find the pages to update, so an outdated index might cause the job to not complete successfully and/or miss some pages requiring a population.
