Hi!

We are working on creating a Knowledge base in our service desk but we created a big page with information but the table of content does not show up to the user when the seek the information through Service Desk, the table of content does no show up.

Is this normal?  I understand it is somewhat unusual but it is a big article.

Hi Lara,

We've had reports of this in Cloud, but it could also be happening in Server:

Could you confirm your Confluence version?

Regards,

Shannon

Hi @Shannon S !

The Confluence Versión is 6.7.0, we use it mostly in Spanish ( I do not know if this is relevant but since Jira had some issues with the translations).

Regards.
