Email notification for the activities of some Confluence users are not received by other users?

What could be the reason why some email notification for the activities of some Confluence users are not received by other users?

Hi Taha,

I already checked that, all settings are enabled. The weird case is no email notification was sent from all the activities of a specific user. I tested by following the user, that's the only time notifications from that user was received. What else can I check? What could be the reason?

Hi Lamer,

May be while saving page they check "minor change" do not send notification. There could be other reason like users are not in the watchers list, changes profile setting to not receive notification from page etc.
