Find macro with specific parameter

In older versions of Confluence, one use to be able search for macros via a search string like this:

"{foo:bar"

This would return a list of pages that uses the foo macro with a parameter of bar. Now, I just see a list of pages with those items as text within the page or as attachments.

Is there no way to do this anymore? I've already consulted the Confluence Search Syntax and a blog post called How to search Confluence for usage of a macro and while useful and insightful, they don't produce the results I'm looking for.

Searching for this as well. This Issue is resolved since CONF 5.5.2 https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-24568 but no information on the search-syntax.
