I have re-verified user macro option again, User macros cannot be defined by Cloud users, it's a restricted function. Only server installations can do it.
Please ignore my above comments that will work only for server installation.
I will let you know if I found any other options

Hi Frank,
The following link will help you to get a list of all space administrators for all spaces by executing the SQL queries directly against the database. If you don't have permission to execute the database queries on database level as this is a Cloud instance. You can achieve this by creating a user macro by following the below article.
