Getting error in confluence while create an article to the knowledge base via service desk,page is creating successfully,but the page is not automatically moved below the corresponding category.

Can you try removing any special characters in the title of the page which you are trying to create and then verify?
Please refer to Cannot link a JIRA issue to a Confluence page (over SSL) when the Page Title contains Comma, Colon, and/or other Special Characters for additional information.

I've tried to do so but in vain. By the way, there is another test environment with the same properties (using another database) which works. I can't figure out why, please help, thanks.
