Gliffy Images not showing?

Anyone else struggle with using attached custom images in a gliffy diagram? It just shows up as an invisible box.

Same problem here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Marketplace-Apps-Integrations/Adding-images-to-Gliffy/qaq-p/1018627

The fact this is an issue is quite surprising. This functionality is core to the product.

tried jpg and png, small file, just a couple hundred pixel square img
