Hello everybody,
first of all i tryed to find a Solution for my Problem with the Search Option but this was not successfully.
For an RPA Projekt i must Download so specific Part of a Wiki as HTML export.
This Problem is solved and works as designed.
Now i am facing to another Problem. (Screenshot)
Some of the exported Files only show the ID for Exampe "456690287".
Some other Exports Shows. Titel/Header of the Article + ID for Example "ATP-issues_408798487"
Can someone explaine or share a Documentation what setting must be changed and where to get Title+ID in the Export?
Target is to export the HTML´s to a folder, read with RPA the Name and match the name with a List from anoter System to see what Documentation is Missing and as you can imagin with only an ID i am lost.
Hope that i explained my Problem right. So that you can follow me, otherwise ask me.
BR
Marco
Hi Marco, had you considered using an app for your HTML exports? I'm not sure of the configuration that you would need for the native Confluence exporter but with our (K15t) Scroll HTML Exporter app, you can easily configure the filenaming option that would fit your requirements. For instance, you can set the Page title + Page ID for your exported pages from Confluence within the export options (see below):
There are also additional options for the handling of whitespace and special characters within the filename should they also be required. If you're interested and want to test the functionality mentioned, you can evaluate the app for free from the Atlassian Marketplace for Confluence Server - you can see our listing here.
Cheers, Thomas (K15t)
